This privacy policy covers the website https://luckyhandresults.com and the official Lucky Hand Results Android application (package com.app.luckyhandresults), together referred to as "the Service". It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information collected automatically

When you use the Service, our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) and our advertising and analytics providers (Google) automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser or device type, operating system, language, referring page, the pages you view and the time you spend on them. We use this information in aggregate to keep the Service secure and available, understand which content is useful, and serve advertising.

Information you provide

The only personal information we collect directly is what you send us through the contact form or by email: typically your name, email address and message. We use it solely to reply to you. Please never send us your Lucky Hand login details, payment details, raffle IDs together with personal information, or identity documents; we do not need them and cannot act on them.

The Service does not require an account and does not offer registration, comments or user profiles.

Advertising and Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to show advertising on the website and in the Android app. Google and its advertising partners use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads, to limit how many times you see an ad, to measure ad performance and, where you have consented, to show personalised ads based on your interests and previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies is described in Google's advertising technologies policy.

• Manage ad personalisation in your Google account at myadcenter.google.com.
• Opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at aboutads.info/choices or youronlinechoices.eu.
• On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Google settings.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may also serve ads based on your visits to this Service; the list of vendors and their policies is available through Google's consent tools.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Service: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, approximate location, and device and browser details. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. This data is used in aggregate to improve the Service and is not used to identify you personally. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website itself sets no cookies of its own. Cookies and similar technologies (local storage, device identifiers) are set by Google for advertising and analytics as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Service will continue to work, but ads may be less relevant.

Your consent choices in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will see a consent message (provided by Google's certified consent management platform) before any personalised advertising is shown. You can accept, refuse or customise your choices, and change them at any time through the "Privacy and cookie settings" link that the consent tool provides, or by clearing your cookies.

Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process data on the following bases: consent for personalised advertising and analytics cookies; legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Service and in showing non-personalised advertising to fund it, and legal obligation where we must retain or disclose data by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us through the contact page; we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California and other US states. We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing of advertising identifiers with Google for personalised ads may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some state laws; you can opt out through the Google links above, and we honour the Global Privacy Control signal where our providers support it.

Age restriction and children's privacy

The Service reports on draws that are restricted to adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our mobile application

The Lucky Hand Results Android app shows the same content as this website in a full-screen view. Specifically:

• No account or sign-up is required and none is offered.
• No gambling functionality: the app does not sell tickets, accept entries or wagers, or process payments, with real or simulated money.
• One permission: internet access, needed to load results. The app does not access contacts, location, storage, camera, microphone or phone identifiers. Ads inside the app are the same web ads as on the website and are governed by the Advertising section above.
• No push notifications are sent by the app.
• Advertising and analytics in the app work exactly as described in the sections above.

Data deletion requests

You do not need an account to request deletion. To ask us to delete any data associated with your use of the website or the app (for example a contact-form message), contact us through the contact page from the email address you used, and tell us what you would like removed. Data held by Google (advertising and analytics) can be deleted through your Google account controls linked above.

Data retention

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to answer you and then deleted, normally within 12 months. Aggregated analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months. Server and security logs held by our hosting provider are retained for a short period in line with their policies.

Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the providers who help us run the Service: Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery and security), Google (advertising and analytics), GitHub (source hosting and automation, no personal data) and our contact-form provider. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own data-protection commitments and standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of ourselves, our users or others.

Embedded content and external links

The Service links to the official Lucky Hand website, Google Play and other third-party sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

Security

The Service is served over HTTPS and hosted as static content on Cloudflare's network, which limits the data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised; significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
